According to sources, Mangham infiltrated the social networking website between April and May 2011. London Chief Prosecutor Alison Saunders said in a statement that Mangham’s actions were “extensive and flagrant”, it is not exactly clear what he stole but no personal user data had been compromised.

While prosecutor Sandip Patel affirmed that Mangham stole “invaluable and highly sensitive intellectual property which he downloaded on to an external hard drive. He acted with determination, undoubted ingenuity and it was sophisticated.”

Facebook paid out about $200.000 for the investigations made by FBI and British Law enforcement.

The 48-year-old’s body was flown by plane from Los Angeles to Newark, the city where Houston was born. According to Reuters, a crowd of about 50 fans had gathered outside.

Whitney Houston died on the eve of the Grammy Awards in the Beverly Hilton hotel. She was discovered “in the bathtub by a member of her personal staff,” who called hotel security, Lieutenant Mark Rosen said. When paramedics arrived “she was unconscious and unresponsive,” he said.

According to reports, an autopsy was completed on Sunday, and a final death report is pending completion of an official investigation and toxicology reports that may take weeks to finalize. A prescription medication was found inHouston’s room but the assistant refused to tell the names of the drugs.

Houston’s death has greatly saddened her family, friends, fans and especially her daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, 18-years-old, who became distraught at the loss of her mother.

According to newspapers, the biggest banks in the mortgage market – Bank of America, Ally Financial, Wells Fargo and JP Morgan Chase – will give $17 billion to help current homeowners. More than $1 million will go toward helping the homeowners, another $1 billion will go to the federal government; $3 billion will go toward helping to the servicers refinance borrowers into lower-interest rate loans.

Officials said that hundreds of thousands of borrowers would probably receive up to $ 2000 if they lost their home between 2008 and 2011.

These series of credits could grow up to $40 billions if the other nine servicers sign on to the deal. The complex series of credits is designed to encourage the servicers to make payments over the next year to support the homeowners and quickly help the housing market.

Immigration law is described as a law that relates to national authorities policies which manage the phenomenon of immigration to their region.

Immigration law can also be defined, relating to foreign citizens, to become connected to nationality law, which governs the legal status of individuals, in matters like citizenship. Federal immigration law can help determine whether or not an individual is an alien, the rights, duties, and obligations connected with getting an alien within the United States, and the way aliens achieve residence or citizenship in the us. It also offers the signifies by which specific aliens can grow to be legally naturalized citizens with complete rights of citizenship. Immigration law serves as a gatekeeper for the nation’s border, figuring out who could enter, how lengthy they may remain, and once they need to leave.

Immigration laws range from country to country and so they differ based on the political local weather. Inside the united states, Congress has full authority about immigration. States by themselves normally have limited legislative authority when it comes to immigration. What this means is the federal federal government must develop the policies and enforce them.

Federal federal government controls immigration by means of their visa policies. There are two kinds of visas: immigrant visas and nonimmigrant visas. The federal government will mainly concern nonimmigrant visas to individuals who are just touring the us or here browsing for short-term enterprise. Nonimmigrant visas on their own are divided into eighteen diverse types. You will find just a few nonimmigrant visas offered that let the holder to work in the United States.

Immigrant visas are distinct in that they do permit their holders to remain in the United States permanently and work towards applying for citizenship. Aliens with immigrant visas also can work in the United States. Congress will limit the quantity of immigrant visas plus they normally possess a cap.

The concern of illegal immigration arrived much more for the forefront of Congress in 1986 once they enacted the Immigration Reform and Management Act. This law toughened criminal sanctions for employers who hired illegal aliens, denied illegal aliens federally funded welfare advantages, and legitimized some aliens via an amnesty plan.

Subsequent, in 1990 arrived the Immigration Act which instituted the Diversity Visa Lottery System. Starting up in 1991, yearly the Attorney General, determined from information gathered about a 5 yr time period the regions or region that were deemed Substantial Admission or Reduced Admission States. A Higher Admission area or country was one that has had fifty,000 immigrants or even more obtaining a permanent residency visa. The Higher Admission regions weren’t offered visas under this act in order to advertise variety. There have been six distinct regions: Africa; Asia; Europe; North America; Oceania; South America, Mexico, Central America, and also the Caribbean. Visas have been given to countries in these regions that did not meet the quota. To qualify for this visa the immigrants had to possess a substantial school diploma or its equivalent. They also had to have at the very least 2 years of work experience together with two years of training at that task. The Secretary of State stored track of your immigrants’ age, occupation, education, and what they thought to be critical qualities or information. The Secretary of State issued visas to your immigrants who met all these qualifications making use of random variety. The youngsters and also the spouses with the immigrants that had been accepted have been also granted visas to acquire permanent residency.

This was followed in 1996 with all the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Duty Act (IIRIRA). The IIRIRA removed the phrase “entry,” replacing it with “admission.” An application for admission occurs whenever an alien arrives inside the U.S. regardless of whether the arrival takes place at a designated port-of-entry. Applicants at both designated ports or otherwise ought to submit to an inspection by U.S. customs, even though the applicant possesses an immigrant visa.

On March one, 2003, the Department of Homeland Security opened, replacing the INS. In the Department, 3 diverse companies - U.S. Customs and Border Enforcement (CBE), US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) – now take care of the responsibilities formerly held by the INS.

US Immigration law is continually becoming challenged and alterations as desires and instances alter.

The internet has taken the world by storm. Consequently life is not the same as it used to be just a few years ago. People are now seeing everything with a new internet perspective, be it education, technology or business. The business world has especially benefited by the introduction of the internet. It has borrowed new ideas and techniques from the Internet to become hugely successful. And one of the techniques is marketing on the internet. Marketing or Advertising, as it is popularly known, is the most effective technique for selling a product in present times. And now with the internet gaining universal acceptance, the idea of Internet Marketing is a bull s-eye shot. The question is why Internet Marketing? Internet Marketing is the right choice because when we go to websites, the Banner Advertisements, Text Advertisements and advertisement by emails attract us. We do see it while browsing and if there is an interesting tag-line, we remember it and sometimes just out of curiosity or excitement, we try the product. This is Mission Accomplished ? for the Company advertising the product. Such is the power of Internet Marketing.

Internet Marketing is increasingly becoming crucial to the marketing strategy of every company. Internet Marketing is so important that if your products are not listed on the internet, you are not considered to be successful. Some of the things we must keep in mind while deciding a strategy for Internet Marketing are:- The Consumer is King The Consumers are not dull or ignorant human beings these days so we must show some respect for the consumer while developing a strategy for Internet Marketing otherwise the campaign will be a big flop. A Quality Product When we think of Internet Marketing, you must market a product which is in high demand but not redilly available. You must be able to determine the needs and desires of your target audience. For example, if your audience wants to earn money, give them a Work from Home system and so on.

Striking features of Advertisement Another tool of Internet Marketing is that the Advertisement must instantly attract consumers. Especially the Banner Ads, they must have great colors, graphics and interesting Animation to compel the people to at least click on the Advertisement. Short and Interesting Text This is the most important tool of Internet Marketing. The Text of the Advertisement should not be long. Consumers will not take time to read long text advertisement. It should be short, sweet and relevant to keep the reader reading product. Internet Marketing is very inexpensive when compared to other forms of marketing. You are able to make one campaign and target a wide range of consumers all around the globe. With Internet Marketing, you can get results very quickly. Another thing to use is surveys to help you determine what consumers want.

According to newspapers reports, with over 845 million users, Facebook made $1 billion profit last year, which confirms the company net income in 2011 rose 65% to $1bn, from revenue of $3.71bn. The company obtained this income from advertisers, social games and other fees.

Mark Zuckerberg, the site’s 27-year-old founder, will own more than 50% of voting shares of the company that is estimated to be worth up to $100bn.

“Facebook was not originally created to be a company. It was built to accomplish a social mission – to make the world more open and connected.

“We think it’s important that everyone who invests in Facebook understands what this mission means to us, how we make decisions and why we do the things we do” said Mark Zuckerberg in a letter.

In recent years, Facebook is the world’s largest social networking service and website, where users may create a personal profile, add other users as friends and exchange messages play tons of interesting games and swap 250 million photos per day

Inflation in the 17 countries that use the euro was unchanged in the year to January at 2.7 percent, official figures showed Wednesday, February 1 reinforcing market expectations that the European Central Bank will decide to keep interest rates unchanged at its next policy meeting, AP reported.

The first estimate for the month from Eurostat, the EU’s statistics office, was in line with forecasts and the euro was little changed around the $1.3125 mark.

Inflation has been running above the European Central Bank’s target of “just below 2 percent” since December 2010.

Even so, the eurozone’s central bank cut its main benchmark rate in November and December to a record low of 1 percent as it tries to shore up the foundering eurozone economy.

Further interest rate reductions from the bank, which is led by Mario Draghi, are widely anticipated, especially if inflation falls back further as last year’s energy and food price rises drop out of the annual comparison.

The bank announces its latest interest rate decision on Feb. 9 and the markets are pricing in a second straight month of no change.

One reason inflation is expected to moderate further toward target is the state of the eurozone economy. Many economists think the 17-nation bloc will slide back into recession this year despite some relatively optimistic signals in a raft of manufacturing surveys Wednesday. And with unemployment over 10 percent, the pressure coming from wage demands is likely to remain modest.

The recent Sochi meeting between the Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian Presidents was remarkable for Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s statement suggesting “President Sargsyan’s and Aliyev’s readiness to refrain from maximalist positions and expedite development of basic principles to further achieve legally binding peace agreement on its basis.”

To understand the meaning of the above-mentioned statement, one should understand what “maximalist positions” mean. Official Baku says it will either recognize Nagorno Karabakh status within Azerbaijan’s “territorial integrity” or will resort to hostilities. Whereas Armenia’s position implies development of legally binding peace agreement only after determination of NKR status (i.e. Artsakh’s independence).

This makes Heritage opposition party’s parliamentary group leader doubt that under pressure of co-chair countries, particularly Russia, Armenia questions determination of NKR status to achieve progress in negotiation process before signing a peace agreement. Thus, Stepan Safaryan gave negative assessment to outcomes of Sochi meeting, stating it as “victory of Azerbaijan’s diplomacy.”

Most Armenian experts and members of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia, in turn, noted that Russian FM’s statement is addressed to Azerbaijan, with National Assembly vice-speaker Eduard Sharmazanov ruling out alternatives to NKR independence.

“Following international recognition of NKR independence, Artsakh people will themselves decide on compromises it can make,” he said.

So, let’s hope that Armenia will never yield to any pressure and never question the status of NKR as an independent state.

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is likely to start bringing into fruition the new integration project – the Eurasian Union after retaking the presidential post in March. This renders danger that Russia may use Nagorno Karabakh to fasten Azerbaijan to the integration process. However, on the other hand, considering its strong influence in our country, Russia is confident of Armenia’s readiness to join the project.

As for the West, Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement will render progress in Armenian-Turkish reconciliation, which, in turn, will weaken Armenia’s dependence from Russia and result in the latter’s ousting from the region.
